Buckets --see
pictures here
ATI Corporation has 25 years of experience building quality buckets.
Our buckets are carefully knitted together with seam welds and are reinforced
around critical stress areas around the the mounting points. Tubular
torsion members at the top and bottom corners strengthen our buckets
and minimize twisting and flexing in the bucket. Wear skids are evenly
spaced underneath the entire width of the bucket for a long floor life.
The digging force on the front of the cutting edge is transmitted through
the wear skids into the rear torsion member. The top torsion member is
tied to the cutting edge via side reinforcement flats on the leading
edge of each bucket.
Buckets are available in three styles: utility, high capacity, and dirt.
Utility buckets are designed for general purpose applications like manure,
silage, and snow. High Capacity buckets are built deeper and higher than
utility buckets, making them ideal for mulch, sawdust, or snow. Dirt
buckets are designed for heavy-duty applications. They are built to handle
high-density materials like sand, dirt, and gravel. We stock many popular
sizes of Universal-mount skid steer loader buckets, as well as some of
the more common tractor loader buckets. ATI Corporation will also custom-build
buckets to meet individual needs. Our experience ensures that you will
get the perfect bucket for your needs. Have your equipment dealer call
us with your specific request.
Pin-type Quick Attach for sub-compact & compact loaders--see
pictures here
The pin-type quick attach units provide a simple, inexpensive quick attachment solution for lower capacity loaders.
No modifications are needed for the tractor or bucket. Quickly change attachments or drop bucket for better maneuverability--
just hook into the top bucket pins and then manually insert the tapered lower pins. Pin-type quick attaches are available for the following tractors: Kubota-LA series 181, 211, 271, 272, 301,
302, 352; New Holland 7106, 7108, 7308, 12LA; Case IH L130.
Grapple Kits --see
pictures here
These handy grapples are new to our product line and have been popular
with professionals and homeowners alike. They work great for clearing
brush piles, loose hay, and grass clippings. After initial installation,
the kit can be installed or removed in a matter of minutes with just
a couple of simple hand tools. Your bucket can function normally with
no other modifications than a few small holes drilled in the end sheets.
Available as either the single-hook GK-4866 or the double-hook GK-6078.
These kits will fit a wide variety of bucket sizes and tasks.
Pallet Forks --see
pictures here
Our heavy-duty frames are built to last with solid, tough, vanadium-alloy
rails. The integral spill guard allows excellent visibility and adds
strength. We use top-quality ITA Class II forged forks in 3,000# or 5,000#
capacities. Fork lengths of 36”, 42”, 48”, and up to 60” are available.
Industrial Grapple Buckets --see
pictures here
Not only are these buckets super-durable, but they also offer features
others don’t. A 43” jaw-opening offers more bite for your bucket. Offset
cylinders give superior visibility when the grapples are open without
sacrificing strength or clamping force. Bottom-side shielding is standard
on all our grapple buckets. Optional telescoping cylinder shields are
optional for the most abusive environments. Standard cutting edge is
a weld-on ¾ x 6” single-bevel, with 5/8 x 6” double-bevel bolt-on as
an option. A carbide-embedded cutting edge for high-use, heavy-duty
operations can be special-ordered.
Our grapple buckets are built last. One of our grapple buckets has
had over 10,000 hours in the field and is on its third tractor while
only needing only cylinder rebuild kits, replacement pins, and cutting
edges.
Construction Grapple Forks
These forks are similar to the grapple bucket, but with tines in place
of a solid bucket floor for site clean-up and heavy brush work. Our
tines are made from heavy, rectangular (1-1/4”H x 2”W) case-hardened
spring-steel stock. The tine flexes when it needs to, yet remains incredibly
resilient to normal use, year after year. These tines are bolted into
a recessed and reinforced pocket that prevents trash build-up. Our
grapple forks are also available with full cylinder shielding for severe-duty
situations.
